Admittedly, I have a thing for gear. Over the years, my stash has grown and now these IKEA containers house my beloved collection, waiting for their call to action.

I don’t really mind riding with a bit of extra weight, but as my rides have now taken a more off-road direction, I'm beginning to appreciate a lighter load.

To keep things in check, I've got this packing master list. Each ride gets its own checkbox treatment, a minimalist manifesto for what goes along. No, I'm not snipping toothbrushes, but I'm getting smarter about what's essential.
